Price breakdown for the App Store, as of Thursday morning UK time. Most apps are free, with a lot more under six quid, but there are a few poking out above a tenner. With thanks to Rob Partington, who can actually use Excel.
Note that apps are still being added to the store, and because I’m British the prices are in pounds - Apple seem to be using a conversion rate of $1 = 60p, which isn’t too bad (remember VAT). If you want to do this yourself, use the Browse view in iTunes and paste the data into the app of your choice. Remember to remove duplicates - apps can have multiple categories.
