Tom took this screenshot of the dialog that Delicious Library 2 presents when you start it up. It’s detected that it’s not being run from /Applications and is offering to move itself.
Unfortunately, Tom, like myself, runs apps from ~/Applications - it’s a nice way to make things easy to migrate, and Apple sort-of support it too. This makes the dialog read slightly oddly.
I can see what the developers are trying to do here - make sure that people don’t run the app from common download locations. However, wouldn’t it be better to have a blacklist of locations (I’d suggest ~/Downloads and ~/Desktop)? Having a whitelist - one with just one item, no less - seems a bit restrictive.
