Apple announces October 14 notebook event in Cupertino (published 11:20AM CT):
Apple has just sent out invites to a special media event on Apple’s campus for October 14. The invite reads, “The spotlight turns to notebooks,” and has a ray of light shining over the back of an unidentified Apple notebook.
OK, so things change. I’d let this slide, if it weren’t for that fact that, like so many other professional blogs these days. the latter story links to the former for its “leaked photos” story, rather than - shock! - going to the sites that actually published the rumours first. If you’re going to be annoying and prefer links to your own publication, you could at least hold your hands up and let out a “mea culpa” as well.
